Homes in Cedar Park range from the low $100′s to the multi-million dollar range. Beautiful subdivisions and master planned communities have been built to accommodate the growth. Avery Ranch is one of the larger communities with golf, tennis, swimming pools, parks, and it’s own elementary within the community. The community is close to Highway 183 which gives it easy access to Austin or Ranch Road 620 to Round Rock.

Gann Ranch starts in the $150k range and offers parks, swimming pools, tennis, and affordable newer homes. The Ranch at Brushy Creek offers a beautiful tree filled setting with parks, swimming pool, and jogging paths. Homes start in the high $200s and go up to the $400s. Brushy Creek Lake Park is a city park close to the neighborhood. It contains hiking, biking, swimming, pavilions for parties, restrooms, etc.

Another large subdivision is Twin Creeks Country Club featuring golf, swimming, club house, and more. Homes range from the $200s to the $500s. Cypress Canyon is a similar neighborhood without the golf course.

If you are looking for a home closer to the million dollar range, Breakaway Park is the area for you. Home sites range from 1 to 2 acres, and many homes include peaceful swimming pools and landscaping. The community features its own landing strip!

Families love Cedar Park not only for the great schools, but also for all the fun activities. Bob is obsessed with hockey, sohe was ecstatic about the new hockey arena for the Texas Stars. They place in the Cedar Park Center, and the arena doubles as a concert venue with performances from Cirque du Soleil

If you are looking for some outdoor activities, Cedar Park offers many parks for hiking, biking, or picnicing. The Colorado River cuts through the west side of the area, but is better known as Lake Travis. Get the boat out for water skiing or check out the many restaurants for views and casual dining. Cafe Blue is a great restaurant on the lake, or you can try some of the places closer to town. Moonie’s has fresh off the grill burgers or grab some barbecue at Dickey’s.
